The Edinburgh Festival (http://www.eif.co.uk) is a series of arts and cultural festivals that take place in Edinburgh, Scotland each summer, mostly in August. Though the festivals are officially separate events, together they form the largest annual cultural festival in the world. Therefore, we have decided to create a new in-game event to celebrate this remarkable festival time from 8 to 22 August 2012 (SGT or GMT+8).
